It reads every email, looks up that customer's real order and drafts the reply in your voice. You approve it and it sends from your own Gmail.

A generic bot answers what sounds right. Obelisk answers what your store actually says.
Ten minutes to set up and you never touch it again.
One permission, send only. Obelisk cannot read your mailbox: emails reach it because you set a forwarding rule in Gmail, and only the ones that rule matches.
It finds the customer in your store, their orders, the fulfilment status, the tracking and what they bought. It reads your refund and shipping policies. Then it writes.
Read the reply and send it with one click. Or turn automatic sending on and Obelisk sends the safe ones by itself, keeping the rest for you.
Chargebacks, address changes, cancellations and complaints, ranked by urgency. With what the customer wants and why it stopped.

Every email with the customer identified and their order attached. No jumping between tabs to know who you are talking about.

This line does not move, and it is the reason you can leave it working.
All of it shows up in Important alerts with what the customer wants, why it stopped and what is missing. You decide in thirty seconds.
A conversation is one customer case solved end to end, not each email. If a customer writes three times about the same order, it counts as one.

Billed on your Shopify invoice. Change plan or cancel whenever you want, without writing to anyone.
No, and it cannot. The only permission it asks Google for is sending. It has no way to list, open, search or delete a message in your mailbox. Your customers' emails reach it because you set up forwarding in Gmail, and only the ones that rule matches.
Every reply is written from the real data of that order, and it is forbidden from inventing a date or a fact that is not in the context. On top of that, nothing goes out without your approval at first: you turn automatic sending on once you have seen how it writes.
It never touches them. They are marked as your decision and go to Important alerts with what the customer wants and why it stopped. A chargeback has a deadline with the bank and the money is lost in full if it passes, so that is not a machine's call.
You do not need to; it works from the first email with your orders and your published policies. But you can write it rules in your own words — “if a customer asks for a return, offer a 50% refund and let them keep the product first” — and it applies them from then on to every similar case.
The customer's. If a French customer writes, it answers in French. And it talks to you in whatever language you have Obelisk set to.
Not today. Obelisk sends from your Gmail or Google Workspace account, so you need one. If you use another provider, write to us and we will tell you when it is ready.
Obelisk does not stop answering. The extra ones are billed at 0.10 USD each on your Shopify invoice, up to the spending limit you approve. It costs less than leaving a customer waiting.
Uninstall the app, like any other. Billing stops and your cases, settings and Google permission are deleted. Or cancel the plan and Obelisk stays installed without charging you.
